Refund policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not accepted. We cannot offer refunds under any of the applicable conditions:
- Undeliverable packages due to an incorrect shipping address
- Shipping delays due to global pandemic, inclement weather, high volume, failed delivery attempts, terrorism, traffic or lost & stolen packages
- Damages caused during transit
- Neglecting item upon receipt
We package all items with the utmost care but if there was an issue with your order due to an error from our manufacturing please email info@veganbakeshoppe.com within 2 days of your delivery or pick up date. When addressing a concern please provide all order information, a detailed description and include photos. Please check your junk email for a response as sometimes messages can go to spam.
