cookies to our neighbors in the Queen City and across the United States.
We know how important it is to celebrate with something everyone can enjoy—that’s why our desserts are 100% vegan, made
without dairy, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, or soy.
Meet Hannah
Hi friends, I’m Hannah!
I’ve always been a cake connoisseur and a lover for all things sweet. I was a footwear designer but after I lost my job, I decided to enroll in a culinary program to pursue a pastry certificate.
During my time in school, I quickly discovered that my dairy intolerance became worse and I could no longer consume traditional baked goods.
I knew that if I was going to pursue my passion for baking, I had to make desserts that were inclusive to all by making vegan and allergen-friendly baked goods.
I started Vegan Bake Shoppe (FKA Boujie Vegan Bakery) because I understand the importance of having alternatives that don’t compromise on quality or taste. No matter where you are, you deserve to celebrate with something sweet and delicious!
Vegan Bake Shoppe is for everyone—regardless of dietary restrictions, allergies, lifestyle, or location.
OUR STANDARD
Experience the taste of nostalgia! We use high-quality, premium non-GMO ingredients whenever possible. Everything is made without dairy, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, or soy. A few staple ingredients include:
• Unbleached & unbromated flour
• Bone char free cane sugar
• Non-GMO expeller pressed oil
All items contain wheat. We do not offer gluten-free vegan desserts at this time.
We operate in a shared commercial kitchen space that is nut free but may process goods containing dairy, eggs and soy. We do not use these common allergens in our ingredients and make every effort to keep our space clean and allergen-free.
Those with severe allergies should be advised that we cannot guarantee zero cross-contamination. In the future, our goal is to have our own facility that is 100% free of these common allergens.
We understand that our desserts are not for everyone. We exist to be a part of your celebratory moments by providing desserts of indulgence for any occasion. Our mission is to provide a 100% vegan, animal-free, and allergen-friendly option for those who seek it. If you find that some of the ingredients don’t align with your health, ethical, or environmental preferences—we completely understand and encourage you to find what suits you best.
